Love is a beautiful thing

I was young and still a bit wild when God decided I should be a single parent. Later, He came back to check on things. He saw the refrigerator packed with Kids Cuisine tv dinners. He saw the three of us eating chocolate cake in the front yard wading pool as people headed to church. He saw my daughters’ clothes all were slightly pink due to poor decisions with the laundry.

So God sent Crystal (aka Marianne in Blue Rubber Pool). I believe He had her on speed dial. She’s been my best friend and soul mate for almost three decades now. She’s made me into a better man (whether I wanted to be or not.)
